DELIVERY
Products in stock will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment and final order confirmation. If a particular product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will endeavour to contact you via telephone or email as soon as possible, to inform you of the estimated arrival of the product.  All orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail. You should receive your order within 1 to 14 working days dependant on delivery schedules for your location.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. You are entitled to a refund or exchange where the goods are faulty. If you have ordered an incorrect size we will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size provided you notify us of the error within 10 days of receipt of goods and the products are returned to us unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The consumer under these circumstances will be responsible for all freight cost incurred. If a product is deemed faulty through manufacturing, Reiter.M may replace or refund the cost of the faulty product and postage to the consumer.
We recommend that you return the products via registered post to keep track of the items. REITER.M P/L cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.

ABOUT PAYMENT
We accept Visa & MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We also accept payment via Cheque, Money Order, Electronic Funds Transfer and PayPal. For payments made via Cheque, Money Order or EFT, please note that goods will not be despatched until receipt and clearance of funds.
